Your Safety is our top concern!

WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR VISIT, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW THE SAFETY INFORMATION ABOVE AND BELOW BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE SKI RESORT.

It is a condition of your use of the premises and facilities and your participation in the activities that you assume all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any duty of care on the part of the ski/boarding area operator.

Your legal responsibility as a user of the ski area premises and facilities or participant in activities at the ski/boarding area is explained in the following notices, which you will see posted at the ski area. Please Click on each picture for larger writing.

Not all winter footwear helps to reduce the risk of slips, trips and falls. Changing weather conditions can provide uneven terrain that may be slippery at times. The resort is in the country side with natural growth and animal presences. The sun raises and falls at different times through out the season providing different brightness levels. We can not control many factors of patrons health and negligence. The ski boot/binding system for alpine skiing may not release during every fall or may release unexpectedly. There is no guarantee that the skier will not be injured. The snowboard boot/binding system is not designed or intended to release. It will not release under normal circumstances and the non-release system will not reduce the risk of injury during a fall.
